Metro Family Fights Off Foreclosure Thanks to Oprah, Black Eyed Peascategory: Music | July 22 | @712 |
A Lee's Summit family was looking for a miracle to help them with their financial hardships and to keep their home from being foreclosed, and thanks to Oprah Winfrey and musical group The Black Eyed Peas, they found one.
John and Christa Eller and their sight kids have been living in their Lee's Summit home for eight years, and they have had a lot of great memories there.
"The Christmas parties we've had cause we always have people out, the birthday parties, we've got eight kids so we've had at least eight birthday parties out here a year," said John Eller.
But there have been problems, as Eller says that he has had four or five different jobs over those eight...
